If there is a  scheduled network outage or weather or power outage it will be reported on our feed. Please check below for up to date information on any known or reported outages in your area.

If your electricity is out you will not have an internet connection. Here are a few links to local electrical companies in the Northwest. Check with your provider to see if an outage is affecting  your internet service:

If your coverage area is not listed above as an outage, please proceed to the Troubleshooting Steps listed on our Technical Support Hub  before calling Tech Support. These steps may get you reconnected and up to speed sooner. Most issues end up being one of the steps listed, and by completing them yourself you will be up and connected faster and will not have to wait for a call back. If you do have to call us for help, our technical team member will ask if you have performed the basic trouble-shooting steps and for those results. By completing the steps beforehand you will spend less time on the phone.
